From a young age, I was passionate about art and design. In 1922, I began my graphic design studies in Caracas, Venezuela, specializing in advertising and marketing. Starting in the 2000s, I embarked on a journey to explore many countries, an experience that allowed me to travel and appreciate the uniqueness of each culture I encountered. It was on the island of Borneo, Indonesia, that I fell in love with gemstones and jewelry. In 2016, I settled in France and obtained a diploma in gemology from Gem-A, the School of Gemstones in Paris. Two years later, I discovered gouache, a traditional drawing technique in French high jewelry. In 2018, I took jewelry drawing courses in Paris, and finally, in 2020, in the midst of a health crisis, I decided to become a custom jewelry designer and gouache artist.

Each project is unique and exclusive. Creating custom jewelry allows me to be involved in every step of the production process while considering the stories, ideas, requests, and preferences of my clients. We live in a rapidly changing world, where everything moves extremely fast. Customization allows me to take the time to listen to clients' desires, provide the best advice, and create emotionally meaningful pieces of high quality.

ILLUSTRATIONS

Creating illustrations has always been a tremendous passion for me. They are an excellent means of expression because they have the power to evoke emotions in those who observe them. In my work, I like to take risks and opt for original conceptual artworks using techniques such as gouache, watercolor, or pencil.

GOUACHÉS

Gouache was a 'love at first sight' for me; it captivated me because it is a meticulously detailed and beautiful form of drawing. It represents an almost photographic projection of the materials, types of stones, colors, and dimensions of the jewelry even before it is made. All my gouaches are carefully hand-painted with brushes.

Nature, color, and movement often influence my jewelry, drawings, and gouaches. My Venezuelan origins play a significant role in this! I emphasize color and free forms. As for learning the French culture, it, in turn, adds an elegant touch to my creations.
